Return and Refund Policy

Our physical products are made to order, and our digital products are delivered electronically. Different return and refund rules apply to each type of product.

Print-on-demand physical products

Each physical product is made to order after purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size or color, or no longer wants the product.

Please review the product description, dimensions, size guide, colors, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the product ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

After reviewing the claim, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed. You normally will not need to return a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Do not send a product back unless we have provided written instructions.

Incorrect shipping address or unsuccessful delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. A replacement or refund is not guaranteed when an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will review the available options with you. Reshipping may require an additional payment.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or an address change may not be possible.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please first check that the shipping address is correct and contact the local carrier or post office. If you still need help, contact us promptly with your order number so that we can review the shipment.

Digital products

Digital downloads and other electronically delivered products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the file or download link has been delivered or made available.

If you receive an incorrect or corrupted file, cannot access your purchase, or are charged more than once for the same digital product, contact us. We will provide a working replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
