Digital Product License Agreement

This license applies to digital files purchased from Kotkoa Shop.

Ownership

All files remain the intellectual property of Andriy Kotko, trading as Kotkoa Shop. Your purchase grants one person or business a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Copyright and ownership are not transferred.

Standard License

The Standard License allows you to create and sell up to 5,000 copies of permitted end products in total per purchased product.

Extended License

The Extended License allows you to sell unlimited copies of permitted end products.

Permitted Use

You may:

  • Modify and combine the files to create physical products or digital end products for sale.
  • Use the files for print-on-demand products.
  • Use the files in branding, packaging, websites, advertising, social media and client projects.

A digital end product must not allow customers to extract or reuse the original files.

Not Permitted

You may not:

  • Resell, share or redistribute the original files or minimally altered versions.
  • Include extractable files in templates, clipart packs, design resources or other products.
  • Transfer the source files to a client or third party.
  • Claim the original artwork as your own or register it as a trademark or copyrighted work.
  • Use the files for unlawful, hateful or defamatory content.

Photographs

Photographs must not be used in a way that falsely suggests endorsement by a person, business or location.

Consumer Rights

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost only after the customer expressly consents to immediate supply, acknowledges the loss of the right, and supply begins.

If a file is defective or does not match its description, please contact us. Nothing in this license limits mandatory consumer rights.
